This guy called. Me from this number and a blocked number! I was able to obtain an account numnber, apparently certain banks do not protect their client information! I called the FBI, federal trade commission, and the credit bueral! This is a scam! Do not sent them money!

Rawlins and Rivera aka Professional Services Rude people who lie and say they are attorneys, police and it is urgent that you call them and settle your account. The continually call and harass whoever answers the phone. Contact Federal Trade Commission and file a report on them. This is illegal

Keep finding this number on my cell phone. Doesn't leave message so I don't call it back.

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. I keep receiving calls at work (4 days now) they will not tell me what it is regarding. keep trying to talk over me when I am trying to request information and today called wanting my HR department so they can send them legal papers. I can't get anywhere. I have each time told them not to call me at work since they will not say why they are calling but they call back within 1 minute. Any suggestions?
